What is SCRIP?
SCRIP is simply gift cards you purchase at face value. They look the same as gift cards you purchase at the store. Great Lakes Scrip carries many of your favorite restaurants, stores, gas stations, theaters, vacation destinations, etc….
How Does It Work?
The participating retailers agree to sell us the gift certificates for less than their face value. You pay face value and the difference is our profit. The profit is issued to Assumption SCRIP Center. Each family will receive 100% of the rebate that will go towards Assumption School tuition, Faith Formation classes, Catholic High School Tuition or to help another family with tuition. Funds are applied every 3 months.
With over 750 retailers, electronic and reloadable gift cards, MyScripWallet, and an online payment system, SCRIP is an easy way to earn money towards tuition!
Getting Started
We require new SCRIP users to complete the SCRIP User Profile. This indicates how you would like your earned profit allocated (earnings to tuition, Faith Formation, another family, etc.). The Profile must be submitted with or before your first order to receive credit towards tuition. Please see the Scrip Information Sheet below with all the details!
